I got the name puzzle with the knobs and the stand. The puzzle was packaged well so the letters didn't slip. It is lightweight so little ones can carry it, but doesn't bend so it's sturdy. I was a little surprised at the stand' but I think it's totally fine with the lightweight puzzle (thought it was too flimsy, but it works well for the price). This is a gift for my grandson turning 3 (who already knows how to spell his name, but this will be a fun reinforcement with the letters). Can't wait to see him interact with it.
We absolutely love this name puzzle! We paid extra to get the pegs and the stand and we are so glad we did. The personalized inscription on the back makes it extra cool and so special! This name puzzle exceeded my expectations! I rarely submit a product rating, even if it is a good product, but I had to for this puzzle because I am so impressed! The quality is exceptional - heavy duty for years of wear. The exact cut out of each letter fits into the corresponding cut out on the puzzle board perfectly and is spaced evenly. The price was great compared to other name puzzles with much fewer letters. That actually had me concerned about the quality. Fortunately the quality is so much better than anticipated. I haven't given the gift of a name puzzle before, but I will be doing so in the future from this company. There are so many educational benefits for children - learning colors, letters, tracing the letters in the puzzle with the finger as a first step in writing their name, matching piece shapes with the letter cutout. I’ve bought this two or three times now and the parents thought this was the coolest gifts. Personalized and useful. And I can afford it. The color options are nice. I just like it. I’ll be getting one for every toddler from now on.

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case: You will not incur additional shipping charges.
Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped.
Please note: We are unable to provide delivery for PO/BO BOX addresses and military addresses, please reserve a house number address, and the products will be delivered directly to your home.
NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep via USPS!
