  1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
  2. Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 7-15 days more than other US states.
  3. Delivery to military regions are currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
  4. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  6. Large orders (Canvas, Poster) can not be shipped to PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
  7. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.



You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.


Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

30-Day Return
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there are occasions when you may need to return or exchange an item. The following policy sets out the circumstances under which we will accept returns and exchanges.


Standard Products:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Products:
  • Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items that are free from manufacturing defects or errors.
  • If the custom product has a quality issue or deviates from the customization instructions provided by the customer, we will happily offer a return or exchange.

  •  Please tell us the order number of the product you ordered.
  • Explain the reason for return or exchange
  • We receive your request and will confirm your most recent return address.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
