★Safe Usage Instructions and Fragrance
· Try not to leave children under 0-36 months alone with puzzles. Thin and long items such as the letter "I" (if you have them in your puzzle) can be dangerous for children. They may try to swallow.
· Our puzzles may have a wood burning smell when they first reach you. This scent usually lasts up to 1 week. It does not have any harmful or allergenic properties.
· When you receive your puzzle, it is recommended to gently wipe the side black parts of the board and the side black parts of the pieces with a very slightly damp cloth or squeezing a little cologne (without wetting the cloth too much). Please do not wipe the upper parts (painted parts) of the parts.
!!! Important Note: Our puzzles do not have any of the allergenic fragrances specified in the European Union Toy Safety Directive and Legislation.
· The wood we use in our puzzles does not have the risk of becoming bedridden like birch plywood.
· A very small amount of natural glue is used for gluing the puzzle board plates. Since it is used between the bottom and top plate (in only puzzle's board), there is no possibility for the child to come into contact with it. It has no connection with the outside of the puzzle in any way.

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Standard Products:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Products:
  • Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items that are free from manufacturing defects or errors.
  • If the custom product has a quality issue or deviates from the customization instructions provided by the customer, we will happily offer a return or exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Just the quality I expected from Kidwis !

I got these so my kids could better recognize and begin spelling their names out. They absolutely love them! They are very well made and durable. Each letter fits in its slot perfectly. Kids have to put them back exactly how they go. There is no flipping an uppercase”E” top and bottom around to get it to fit. We’re very satisfied with our purchase and would definitely gift someone one of these in the future. ^_^ maybe even another baby. Haha The package arrived promptly and well protected. My kiddos always love Kidwis! Thank you ^_^

What a great gift!

I LOVE customizing gifts and this is a great one for a first birthday! Looks expensive and is sturdy. The only I wish the seller would do is allow custom colors…I love a monochrome look so i would have picked just one color. The name plate that I got has 5 letters and it came with blue red yellow green purple
