By placing an order through Honetoys you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (USA&CA&AU) country.
- 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, you can contact us at service@honetoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues ( Defective Products )
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is $0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is $0.00
For your responsibility ( Customer Remorse )
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake, doesn’t need anymore or the wrong products so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. Actual cost of return shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Service@honetoys.com
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
- REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 1-2 business days and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued in your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it will also take 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
