Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If you still can't proceed to checkout, please contact us at service@kidwis.com and we'll do our best to troubleshoot as soon as possible.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
Once your payment is verified, we will create your custom product within 1-3 business days and process and ship your order within 1-2 business days.
Why have I only received part of my order?
Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us under service@kidwis.com.
Do I need to pay for the tax?
We charge California sales tax as required by applicable law. As for the import duties, it may be incurred in some countries, and the buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for the taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Should you wish to return an item to us, please reach out to us at service@kidwis.com with in 30 days of purchase.
Note: Customized products do not provide return and exchange services for non-quality issues.
How do I EXCHANGE/return a KIDWIS product?

When will l receive my refund?
Processing a refund usually takes up to 7 business days after we have received the returned item(s). If you have any problem, please feel free to contact with us under service@kidwis.com.
